I have many new followers (thank you), so I thought I would tell ya'll a few things about myself:

  1. I’m addicted to Icee’s. (It's my coffee!)
  2. Ziggy is my favorite cartoon character. (But I guess that’s pretty obvious.)
  3. M&M’s are my favorite candy.
4. Before I eat my M&M’s, I match up the colors and then eat them two at a time (M&M). (I
just can't mix up the colors...go figure.)
  5. Pink is my favorite color.
  6. Bette Midler is my favorite singer and actress. (I have all her movies and records/CD’s.)
  7. But E.T. is my favorite movie of all time.
  8. I collect “Got Milk?” ads. (I have 210 ads.)
. I HATE to shop, especially for clothes.
10. But I can spend hours in a bookstore.
11. Spiders terrify me. (I have nightmares about them.)
12. At the age of 27, I was in a car accident, in a coma for 3 days and underwent open heart
surgery. I was only given a 2% chance of survival.
13. Now, I have a terrible short-term memory. (What you tell me today, chances are I won’t
remember it tomorrow…I might not even remember it an hour later…unless I write it
14. I write everything down…what I see, what I hear, what I need to remember.
15. I watch Sponge Bob everyday.
16. When I was a teenager, I had a crush on Barry Manilow.

17. I didn't have my first beer until I was 24...all I have to say is "YUCK!"
18. I play the piano, but not much anymore.
19. I love to draw, but don't have much time for it.
20. I'm 40ish and I still sleep with a nightlight.
21. My first car was a 1976 blue Mustang. The car I was driving when I had my accident was

      a 1984 gray Mustang...yes, I love Mustang's.
22. I have gastroparesis and I can only eat soft/liquid foods.
23. Sometimes I cheat and eat solid foods and suffer for it later…but sometimes a girl just

      needs to eat pizza :)
24. I check the locks on my doors and my alarm at least 3 times before I go to bed…it’s a

      memory thing.
25. I have to be organized…everything has a place and everything in its place…or it drives

me crazy (just ask my girls).

Now please leave me a comment, telling me something about you!

Hi, stopping by from Twitter Moms. Great list of facts! We're probably opposite in almost everything - but hey, that's what makes the world go around, right.

My daughters are complete polar opposites, too.

Nice to meet you!

I really enjoyed to read all about you in few sentences. I am glad you survived out of that accident. May you live long for your girls.
Thanks for stopping by.

It's so good to read this post about you and learn more about you. Thanks for sharing all this info. I'm with you on #3, #5, #10. Amazing we have so many things in common. It's sad to hear about your accident and glad to hear it turned out okay. Although #13 might be a blessing in some situations.
Wishing you a wonderful week,

What an amazing list, and feats you have overcome! So glad to have you still around! and I'm glad I found you via Voicebox!
I also watch Sponge Bob almost on a daily basis, but it's not MY choice, my children have seized control.

I loved reading your 25 things about yourself, As a first timer here it was a fantastic introduction to you!

You must have incredibly survival skills - a 2% survival chance - AMAZING.

I love this list! Is your gatroparesis a result of the accident?

Thank you for sharing!

Btw Here is mine!

Interesting list...you are the first person I've "meet" who collects "Got Milk" ads!

Something about me? I am visiting you from VB :-)

Like you ABC's list!
Love mustangs as well.

Very cool list. I had to watch Spongebob every day at one time. However, my kids have now moved on to other shows. Right now they are on a Power Rangers phase and that show is not near as entertaining as Spongebob.

I am terrified of swinging on the swing set with others swinging next to me. I can swing alone just fine, but I can't have anyone else near me, and especially if they're not swinging straight. If you wanted to torture me for any information, this would work.

oh, gastroparesis.. must be a bummer. I cannot not eat solids ooops. Interesting facts about you. My first time here and it's a nice introduction :)

This is so awesome because I never would have known any of it. Thank you for opening yourself up! I love to paint, but I don't get to do it much anymore.

Wow, that's quite the list! The accident and subsequent surgery and memory issues sounds absolutely terrifying, but I'm so glad you beat the odds! As for me, I hate eating chips or things out of bags. I always have to put them in bowls. It drives my husband crazy.

I'm not super sure you should admit a crush on Barry Manilow to all of the world at large......HAHA.
My husband is a mustang lover. He constantly talks about his and one day, I'd like to be able to buy him one. You know, after the kids are out of college and he's 80 or something. HAHA.
Staci visiting from voiceBoks!

#12 caught me off guard. You must have a miracle story. I'd enjoy hearing it!

Icee's, Ziggy, and mustangs are a great combination!
